This Sex Trafficking Policy is provided by Kales Tech LLC ("Kales," "we," "our," or "us") and applies to your use of the website located at https://kales.ai and related Services.

We are committed to maintaining a lawful and safe environment. Kales has a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that promotes, facilitates, or is associated with human trafficking, including sex trafficking.

All content on the Services is generated through artificial intelligence systems. While such content does not depict real individuals, misuse of the Services to simulate or engage in trafficking-related scenarios is strictly prohibited.

1. Zero Tolerance

You may not use the Services to create, generate, promote, simulate, or engage in any content or behavior related to human trafficking or sexual exploitation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • depictions or descriptions of trafficking or exploitation scenarios

  • attempts to use the Services for recruitment, coercion, or grooming

  • simulations that normalize, romanticize, or glorify trafficking-related behavior

  • any activity that may facilitate real-world exploitation

Violations of this Policy may result in immediate enforcement action.

2. AI-Generated Content and Misuse

Although all interactions involve AI-generated content, users may attempt to prompt or simulate prohibited scenarios.

We may use automated systems and moderation processes to:

  • detect and restrict such behavior

  • prevent generation of high-risk content

  • monitor for patterns of misuse

These systems are continuously updated but are not guaranteed to prevent all violations.

3. Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that may be related to trafficking or exploitation, you may report it:

  • through reporting tools available within the Services (if provided), or

  • by contacting support@kales.ai

We may review reports and request additional information where necessary.

4. Enforcement

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that content or behavior violates this Policy, we may:

  • remove or restrict content

  • suspend or terminate accounts

  • limit access to the Services

  • take further action as permitted by law

We may take action without prior notice.

5. Escalation and Cooperation

Where appropriate or required by applicable law, we may:

  • report suspected activity to relevant authorities

  • cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory agencies

  • provide information in response to lawful requests

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the Services.

You agree not to attempt to:

  • bypass safeguards designed to prevent harmful content

  • engage in conduct that may expose others to harm

Violations may result in account termination and other actions.

7. Limitations
